First time here...Not very busy for a Saturday afternoon so that was cool. Every person that did come and go, while I got my pedicure and my beige got her manicure, was so happy and gave hugs to all the nail techs like they've been regular customers forever. The massage for pedicure was also AMAAAZZZZZIINNNGGGGGGG (that's a make it or break it for me). Highly recommend this salon

I used to come to Q Nails and Spa with my mom, but I moved away for school. I came back today and was surprised at the changes. I like the new look and the ambience of the shop is amazing. The staff were friendly and the service was superb.

I decided to go to Q Nail about two weeks ago to get my gel nails done. Jackie did my nails and I am absolutely in love. Not only was she very friendly and open, but also meticulous and detail-oriented. She took her time on my nails and made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Everyone else at Q nail is so welcoming, and I felt very comfortable when getting my nails.

I waited two weeks to write this review, because I wanted to see how the nails would turn out two weeks later. It has been two weeks and the nails are still very strong and in very good condition. I will definitely be coming back again to get my new set of gel nails soon! I highly recommend Q nails for anyone looking for reasonably-priced, high-quality service and nails!

Small, quiet, off the beaten path, but the service was good, and they get high points for very inexpensive, and open seven days a week. I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon, and was immediately taken care of. And I had the option of the basic pedicure, without the spa chair. They are the only salon I have been in where they use liners in the pan for your feet. I liked the fact that I didn't neet to worry about who had used the pan before, and whether the disinfection process they used actually was effective.

The girls were pleasant, and although they talked to each other a lot in Vietnamese, they were able to carry on a conversation in English with me as well. The job they did was as good as any other salon costing a whole lot more.

For convenience and price, I will definitely go back.

I've been coming here for a few years now for my M & Ps. Cindy is my favorite of all of them, but they are all generally sweet and friendly. Amy is probably not the best, but her demeanor makes the whole experience relaxing.

The massage chairs are won-der-ful! Their polish selection is great and the prices are reasonable.

My preference is to schedule an appointment rather than waiting for someone, as you may wait a bit.

Best nail salon around! Have been going there for 13 years! Tina is amazing, especially with acrylics, and is able to be very creative if you ask her to do something out of the ordinary. Natalie very good with manicures, they are co owners, the other girls are average but very sweet. Place is always clean and friendly.

Great place to go! Better to make an appointment, and keep in mind they are closed on Sundays. CIndy is my favorite too,or if you are not in a hurry and just want someone who will take their time and let you unwind, ask for Amy.

I read the reviews on here and decided to come in to give them a try for my fill. I'm so glad I did and I am for sure going to be a repeat customer. Cindy is so thorough and clean. Also, you can't beat the prices!

Decided to give it a try based on yelp reviews, and I love it!! Natalie did my fill and she was amazing! All OPI colors. The spa pedicure was also amazing. They didn't massage my feet for 2 minutes and move on. Everyone in the salon is sooo sweet and nice. I am making this my new regular place

Very happy with it, thanks again, Yelp! We are in town for a wedding which my 8 yo daughter was in and so I decided it was a perfect time for first Mother/Daughter mani-pedi's! We sat at the spa chairs and they were very kind, gentle, and sociable with my daughter and me. It was very child friendly. They did cute little flowers on her big toe and thumbs, too. We had the spa manicure and pedicures and it was $26 for me, $20 for my daughter and $4 ea for her hands and her toe designs. The tools came out of sealed packages and I watched them clean and scrub down the tubs between people. It was a great experience. If we were local I would definitely come again. We called in the morning and got same day appointments later in the evening, and didn't really even have a week when we arrived. Since it was our first time I had no idea the length of time however and it was an hour.

Natalie is updating the shop! Same great prices. Friendly ladies. Quality job. I receive compliments on my nails daily, even if I haven't gotten them done in a few weeks. Added, I have a bad habit of butchering my toe nails and some how they fix them. Boy is that lucky.

I have been a faithful customer for a couple of years and will continue to be.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. So glad I decided to give this place a try! Clean, not crowded and the girls are all super friendly, Judy and Amy are so nice and do a great job. Will definitely be coming back here!

I've been going to QNails for nearly 9 years now and I have no complaints. Great service and good prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I made an appointment, and they started on time. I've made appointments at other places and end up having to wait 15 minutes because walk-ins take my place!! I had a great experience, and the staff was not push or rushy. Cindy did my mani, and she was wonderful. I can't remember the name of who did my pedi, but she is the former owner, and she was superb as well. The place is clean and doesn't have a strong acrylic smell like many other places. I definitely found my local go-to nail salon!

I went in for my first visit today and will definitely go back. The staff is super friendly and my nails look great! Cindy did my manicure and Amy did my pedicure. Thank you Yelp for helping me find this place! :)

The best nail place I have EVER been to. I ave had my fair share of nail salons and I can honestly say I will forever be coming here only. Everyone here is super nice and very inviting. After the first time I came here they already knew my name. They all know what they are doing and the prices are amazing and so reasonable. I moved recently but I still make the drive just to come here. Make sure you make an appt!! they are busy for obvious reasons :) Please come here you won't regret it

I retired to the neighborhood from Los Angeles and I had been going to the same nail person and salon for over 30 years. I was riding around exploring the neighborhood and found them so I decided to take a chance. I did read the reviews on yelp, I like the job that Natalie does on my fingernails and the various ladies from whom I have pedicures, I am very pleased. The prices are excellent. I pay $34.00 for an acrylic fill and a pedicure . I paid $35 for just the fill in Los Angeles. They are also very close by. There are other nail salons in the area, but so far I am happy with the service I receive at QNail. I doubt would change

I have been going to Judy for over a year. She is simply the best: careful, listens, meticulous in her work and funny. She also has an excellent artistic eye. The shop is clean and cheerful. If you want it done perfectly, choose Judy.

I got a mani/pedi before my sisters wedding and they did a fantastic job!! The ladies who work here are SO sweet and friendly.

I love that they made recommendations on the color I chose. They mentioned that my original color would appear very translucent on my nail so I chose a darker color and it was PERFECT! They honestly care about their customers and will speak up when needed to ensure that the customer knows exactly what they will be getting, which I feel is awesome and loyal.

I don't get mani/pedis often but I will certainly come to this salon when I do!

Lastly, their prices are fantastic and extremely competitive with other nail salons. I highly recommend Q nail!

Both my wife and I go here. She gets feet and nails me just nails.
Cindy and Amy are the top at what they do and the prices are very reasonable

Favorite nail salon in NP because of the people who work there and the overall cleanliness of the space.

I love this place. Amy and Cindy are great, but so is everyone else here. I've had eyebrow waxing, manicure and pedicure as well as a salt scrub massage and the service was exactly what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable and definitely keep me coming back. My daughters enjoy it here, also.

Came here based on other reviews and they lived up to their great reputation. Very friendly and took their time. Mom and I had Judy and Cindy and they took great care of us. The place is not fancy, but clean is what matters to me!

It took me 58 years to finally get my 1st pedicure ... and now I regret waiting so long! I went to Qnails with my wife and daughter (first as a spectator), and was amazed at how NICE and personable the ladies working there are, and I mean ALL of them! One time I went with my wife, and 1 of the ladies talked me into getting a pedicure, and I have been a regular customer since! I'm hooked! I'm even brave enough to come here by myself! Love this local gem in Newbury Park. Clean & very reasonably priced. This is my 5th time here and everyone is friendly and most importantly; takes a lot of pride in their work. If you are in the Newbury Park area, give them a try. I think they accept walk-ins but always best to call and book your appointment.

I randomly stopped in on our way from Santa Barbara to LA because I was in dire need of a pedicure. Luckily they were able to fit me in and I received the best mani/pedi in years and for half of what I usually pay!!! Judy did my manicure and it was the first time I had someone give me great advice on what color to chose for where I was going, how to keep it looking nice, and still not use gels or acrylics. I'll definitely make it a must stop on our trips to LA!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Every time I come here I'm blown away by the sweet and diligent girls working here! I drive all the way from the valley just to come here because they take the time and effort to make your manicure and pedicure perfect. Jackie is the absolute best (however I'm sure the other girls are just as good) she is meticulous in the sense that she wants to give you a good manicure and boy does she know how to! Her lines and edges are perfect and my gel manicures last 3 weeks with her! She makes your hands look picture perfect. The prices are affordable as well, $25 for hell manicure and $18 for regular pedicure. I love this place and will continue to support this salon!

I am so so happy with my fill today! Jackie did an amazing job. She was very sweet & patient & gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely pleased. The salon looks very clean, organized, and put together, it's beautiful. It was my first time here and all I can say is that I'm extremely impressed :)

I recently moved to Newbury Park, and I happened to just randomly call and make an apt for a refill. Prior to this call, I had gone to do my nails somewhere in Thousand Oaks but wasn't too happy. However, I definitely found my spot. Jackie, did an amazing job. She's very sweet and attentive to your nails and needs. The place is very clean. And everyone seems amiable. I strongly recommend this place. Love my nails. :)
